Dejenae Garcia was very clear in answring my phone call. When I went to Lia Toyota, she knew what I wanted, because she remembered what I had asked about. She is courteous, smart and quick. In her work she is professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. I am sure her customers would similarly be impressed by her, and that they would certainly be satisfed with her friendly manner without being intimidating. At the same time, I was very pleased to see that you also have a friendly service manager. One other person whom I would like to mention is Leroy. He is a gentle, kind and trustable mechanic. I am always satisfied when he works on my cars. He also remembers me. These people make me feel welcome to come to Lia Toyota of Wilbraham.
