Honest Automotive Shop! 6/13/2013

I am impressed by the team at Letcher Brothers. From the greeting that you receive when you pull up to the shop, to the individual that provides you a ride home, to the Manager who is more than willing to not only explain in detail but show you the parts that are in need of repair. This is my first review, but I was driven to write something. Finding a shop with such honest work ethics can be difficult to locate. I highly recommend that you try this shop. more

No more Dealer service for me! 6/7/2013

I've always taken my car to the dealer for service until a friend recently recommended Letcher Bros. I hesitantly decided to try them - I got my car right in/out and received EXCELLENT service at probably half the price. Letcher Bros kept me informed and took the time to fully explain all the action taken or suggested. They even showed me some negligence resulting from my last service (from the dealer by the way) that contributed to my current issue. My only problem or frustration is realizing all the time and money I wasted going to the dealer for service for so many years when Letcher Bros was right down the street! more

Quick service 5/29/2013

Called in the morning and was able to get an appt the next day for my Mercedes B service. I was able to use the night drop/pick up which was super convenient. I used to take my car all the way to Oakland but Letchers is much closer to my house. They gave me an estimate/recommendation for future service, but weren't at all pushy. My aunt has been going to them for years and I can see why. I would definitely trust my car to them again. more

Amazing 5/21/2013

Mike and his crew are the best guys around. Mike kept me in tune with what's going on with my car. Nothings changed, if anything, things got better! I appreciate the 10% discount Mike gave me! Love it!! These guys are the real deal! more

Best auto repair shop 5/10/2013

Honest price and great job! I brought my 1995 Honda Civic DX hatchback in for a spark plug replacement and valve cover replacement and they quoted me on the spot and even turned the car around faster than I expected. The service was great and answered all questions I had. As a new customer, I can say that I will be returning again for all my repairs here. more

A typical Letcher Brother experience 5/6/2013

As always, Mike and his crew delivered. The work performed (oil change and inspection) were done with complete satisfaction. I have been a customer when Mike only worked on Volkswagons. It has been his work ethic, service and honesty that keeps me coming back. more

Very good 4/19/2013

Had my oil pan damaged took to them and kept me informed what was going on. They even came and picked me up to get my car. I am very satisfied. If your looking for a place for your car, I would recomend them. more
