I'll use them again 8/6/2013

This was my first visit to Letcher Brothers and I found the service to be prompt and courteous. Car was completed on time with no "surprise" charges. I will use them again for the next service. more

All the employees I meet and interact with at Letcher Brothers are very easy to work with and talk to. They go the extra mile to give good service. My impression is that this shop has strong ethical standards and will give you an honest assessment regarding your car. They installed a new transmission and it's working great. more

Very accomodating 7/12/2013

Mike was very accommodating on getting my car brakes done on the same day I've called since the online appointment requires two days ahead. The brakes were done in the afternoon with enough time to get my car tires replaced across the street. more
