After moving to Milwaukee from Chicago, I had to find out what this ""frozen custard"" thing was all about. After trying many different custard stands, including Kopp's and Culvers, I've come to the conclusion that NO ONE BEATS LEON's. Their custard is smooth and creamy, very rich, and always delicious. If you're a south sider, you also have to love Leon's because they sponsor the South Shore Water Frolics fireworks!!! Pros: great custard, great atmosphere, ample parking Cons: busy more
