I took my 2006 Mercedes ML350 to Lenexa Automotive on 9/5 because we heard a squeaking noise when accelerating with the air condiitionor on, and we were going to take a trip on 9/...

Great Customer Service 5/4/2013

This was my first time at Lenexa Automotive and from the first phone call I could tell they really put the customer first. They went out of their way to ensure I was able to get my car in when I needed to. The service was great! more

Great Service 3/22/2013

I had a great first experience. My oil change was done very quickly. They evaluated my car and gave me good suggestions. I later found out the price quote was fair. That makes me want to go back when I feel like I'm at a honest place that I can trust not to be ripped off Thank you more

Very Impressed 3/13/2013

I was very impressed with my visit. I went in to get a headlight changed, that the Pontiac dealership told me would take an hour, $80+, and removing my entire front bumber. I was in and out of Lenexa Automotive in less than 15 minutes, and it only took about $21. I knew to come here because one of my friends have used them several times. I will be coming here next time I have a problem with my car. more

Water Pump and Front Brakes 2/1/2013

I have always had my cars maintenance done at the Lexus dealer. Was very hesitant to take it somewhere else but tried Lenexa Automotive. I am very pleased with the friendly staff and service they provided and I will go back. more

Amazing Service! Great Price! 1/31/2013

The staff was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door. They replaced my brakes and did an oil change. They beat other competitors prices. They also replaced a blown light and polished my rims for free! Would have taken me hours to clean the rust and brake dust off my rims. This past year I used both NTB (National Tire and Battery) and Goodyear for tires and alignment and did not receive no where near the service that Lenexa Automotive provided. more

oil change and tire rotate 12/8/2012

Hard to know on one visit, but, would recommend to a friend for at least the services performed so far. Was just an oil change and tire rotate, but, was glad on the time estimate the service would take. Will come back for front-end alignment, then, we'll see if I continue to patronize your business...:-) more

Excellent & Cost Effective Service 8/9/2012

My 2004 Pacifica had been giving me grief for over 3 weeks. It took the guys at Lenexa Auto a matter of hours to track the issue and take care of it. They'd also informed me that in their research, many of other Pacifica owners deal with the same grief coming from the battery cable that extends to the transmission. The fix plus the tow was very affordable and my car runs better than ever. Thank you for all you have done. I appreciate each and every one of you. more
