Customer NO SERVICE 10/20/2009

Performed lawn treatment AFTER we called and specifically asked to stop treatments. When I called them - they wouldn't acknowledge their mistake, would not cancel their bill for $36 and eventually turned the bill over to the collection agency. When I called and talked to their manager - nothing got accomplished. All I got was a customer no service, no willingness to understand or acknowledge their error. I watched them spary my lawn from the window - he might have sprayed 1/100 of my yard - no wonder the lawn looks so much worse now than when I was doing it myself. Cons: Too Many to list more

STAY FROM THIS COMPANY 7/27/2009

I used Leisure Lawn for over a year. When things did not go well, they had rude, unsatisfactory resolutions to prblems, they either used wrong chemicals, or too strong of chemicals and destroyed my lawn. They never seem to know the anwer to problems, I have more weeds and less grass than when they started the treatments. I wish I had never used them. the manager actually told me that I had healthy grass (different kinds I admit) Then when they destroyed most of the grass it was then considered weeds. Very Worst Service 6/10/2009

I asked them to treat the bluegrass and they killdestroyed my entire front lawn. They then sent some bozo out to look it over and gave some lame excuse although Leisure Lawn is the only entity to place a drop of any treatment/poision on my yard. Bad Customer Relationship 5/29/2009

I have been with Leisure Lawn for over 15 years. I have recommended many people to them. Yet they all of a sudden stopped servicing my lawn. My lawn is now in the worst shape it has ever been in. Without giving me any reason, they just stopped coming! I will not recommend Leisure Lawn to anyone from this day forth, because this is no way to treat a former loyal customer. Worst Lawn Care Company in Town 4/28/2009

I called them 10 times in last 3 days. They have weird system of re-varifying customer by calling them back. Never received phone call and second treatment for my yard. I wish I had not sign up with them for whole year. Cons: Worst Cutomer Service I have ever experienced more

Can't define Soliciting 4/15/2009

Solicit-1. To seek to obtain by persuasion, entreaty, or formal application: a candidate who solicited votes among the factory workers.2. To petition persistently; importune: solicited the neighbors for donations.3. To entice or incite to evil or illegal action.4. To approach or accost (a person) with an offer of sexual services. I don't think putting signs in people's yards falls under any of these definitions of soliciting. I think putting a small lawn sign in someone's yard is better than putting fliers on mailboxes, which is illegal. Cons: Illiterate more

This company is bad news! 3/18/2009

I bet the only positive review on here is someone who works there. It would be interesting to research that. I used these guys for about 8 months. I first cancelled them due to missing scheduled treatments. Their customer service is horrible. I spoke with a manager and they were even worse. Very rude and condescending. I cancelled but then got treatment/billed again for service I cancelled. I called them and they said I needed a cancellation number. Again they were extremely rude. I don't understand how they still could be in business. Oh and my yard looks bad..I think it's the worst in the neighborhood now. Cons: Customer service, managment, service quality more

I had trugreen and was very unhappy. After I cancelled their service, Leisure Lawn called and promised to do better. After a year of awful service I find our that they are owned by Trugreen! What a scam! Cons: lied about who they were. didn't do what they said more

Terrible Service 11/4/2008

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The service was terrible. I had weeds and brown patches everywhere. I canceled my service and they came out after I canceled and put a bill on my door. I looked everywhere for any sign that the service was provided and an application was used on my yard and I could not find any sign. I am now being harrassed by their collections department. If you want a crappy looking yard and poor service this is the company to use!!!! In other words don't ever think about using this company!!!!! more

Beware of these guys - Leisure Lawn has had numerous complaints submitted against them. Go to the website that typically coordinates customer complaints (Citysearch does not allow me to specifically name the site). They have an UNSATISFACTORY rating. Pros: I didn't have the chance to see if the treatment worked. Cons: Very lowsy cust svc; the office staff does not seem to communicate well with each other. more

Yellow grass patches all around 7/16/2008

Ok so at first it was great but now the lawn has yellow patches all around the house it looks worse then it ever did. I've scheduled a manager visit to have them check it out. We'll see what happens! Cons: I think they over do it to charge you more. more

The worst ever 7/11/2008

I have made approx. 7 calls to the ""customer service"" people at Leisure Lawn. They have blamed everything except their product and have offered little help in correcting a situation they caused. Do not use!!! Mark Baker will not return phone calls. The ""owner"" Doug Krause should learn the importance of customer service. They are rude and have very little regard for the lack of professionalism they display on a daily basis. Do Not Use!!! Cons: The worst more

I would NOT recommend this lawn service to anyone. They not only have poor customer service, but their lawn service is the worst. When we called to complain, the ""manager"" was rude, and provided absolutely no solutions. We now have a lawn that looks worse than it did before! I say spend the extra few dollars and get a real lawn service! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Cons: POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND more

Leisure Lawn 4/5/2008

A representative from Leisure Lawn called my home 5 times yelling and arguing that WE called to request an estimate after we clearly expressed we had NOT!!!! The staff was rude, belligerent, hostile and totally unreasonable. We ended up calling the police to have the harrassing phone calls STOPPED!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! more

HARRASSING SALES STAFF 3/18/2008

Don't use this company!!! Sales staff uses inappropriate sales tactics, harrassing customers. Has called no less than 5 times,AFTER I told him I was not interested, and after I had spoken with the branch manager. ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Had this service in the past with service difficulties, and switched to another service. Can't get them off my back. more
