Purchasing process was smooth. But, we also bought a window tinting and all weather package. Scheduled an appointment to get parts installed and from then on it has been a nightma...

We had a wonderful experience buying a 5/30/2012

We had a wonderful experience buying a car from James Loveland, one of your sales associates. He was direct, honest, cheerful, informative, helpful, and made sure we understood our new car. He has contacted us to make sure everything is okay with the cat, which it has been. (The car, a 2012 Odyssey, is terrific, by the way.) Mr. Ahkoy helped us with the paperwork, and was efficient, kind and friendly. My husband and I felt that we received a fair deal and we were treated respectfully, without any ""gamesmanship"". We would highly recommend Lee's Summit Honda and will consider contacting Mr. Loveland personally when we get ready to by our next car, a Honda CR-V when the time arises to trade in our other car. Please comment these gentlemen on a job well done. They made the process of buying a car a pleasant experience, a definite 5 out of 5. more

Tim is a wonderful asset 4/18/2012

Tim is a wonderful asset to your dealership. He was everything we could have asked for in a sales person and then some. He was friendly, professional and not the least bit pushy. It is not often you find a car salesman who you feel like you can actually trust. His communication was great and on top of everything, he just seems to be a really nice guy. We have already recommended him to several of our friends and family and will continue to do so in the future. We live in Overland Park are minutes from O'Neil Honda, Frank Ancona and Jay Wolfe, but we will not hesitate to make the drive to Lee's Summit for any future needs. We really like your dealership and appreciate the ""no frills"" way you guys seem to conduct business. We are very happy we made the drive to Lee's Summit and look forward to returning for the purchase of our next Honda in the future. In addition to Tim, the sales manager Curtis was also great to work with. Both of these men should be commended for their excellent work. They truly help set Lee's Summit Honda apart from the rest of the competition. more

Very reasonable trade 7/27/2011

The staff was so helpful and Fransisco who handled the demonstration was awesome. They didn't hard sell you but they were eager to get you what you wanted. They worked hard compromising with me on time frame and waiting on soon to be ex to sign titles on trades. They gave me a very reasonable trade value which made the decision to do business easy. The car was more then I intended to spend but they did an awesome job selling me on the Honda name. more
