Additionally, I would like to thank Kevin and the rest of the Service Team for sticking with this problem and seeing it through to resolution. The TPMS issue on our 2007 Honda Odyssey has been a problem for nearly (2) years. Both Independence Honda and Lee's Summit Honda made attempts to correct the problem during this time, but with no success. It wasn't until Kevin took ownership of the problem that we finally achieved positeve results! My family and I took a road trip this weekend and I'm happy to report that it was the smoothest ride in our car in nearly two years. Better yet, the TPMS light remained (and still remains) off!
