We had a wonderful experience buying a car from James Loveland, one of your sales associates. He was direct, honest, cheerful, informative, helpful, and made sure we understood our new car. He has contacted us to make sure everything is okay with the cat, which it has been. (The car, a 2012 Odyssey, is terrific, by the way.) Mr. Ahkoy helped us with the paperwork, and was efficient, kind and friendly. My husband and I felt that we received a fair deal and we were treated respectfully, without any ""gamesmanship"". We would highly recommend Lee's Summit Honda and will consider contacting Mr. Loveland personally when we get ready to by our next car, a Honda CR-V when the time arises to trade in our other car. Please comment these gentlemen on a job well done. They made the process of buying a car a pleasant experience, a definite 5 out of 5.
