Been a Ford family for 30 years...great trucks, even bought a few from Landmark...always treated pretty fairly in sales....SERVICE IS ANOTHER STORY!!! LOUSY, CONDESCENDING, DISHO...

Great Job 4/3/2013

had a great time buying my car and was glad to have the service that I did. CJ was a great salesman (I usually hate dealing with car dealerships) and did not push me into buying the car, but gave me a good deal and a great experience (and a great car)! I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car more

I just came in for a oil change and to have tires rotated. It was easy to schedule online. Works was done quickly and there haven't been any problems. more

Good Service 3/27/2013

I had picked my wife, grand daughter and great grand daughter up at the airport and the 2003 Lincoln Town car quit running at the airport. We were towed to Landmark Ford by triple A. We were brought home by a Landmark driver named Scout. He is one fine young man. Nicole called me Tuesday morning that the car needed a new fuel pump. The car was ready by 4pm Tuesday afternoon. Another young man by the name of Dart picked me up to get my car. An excellent experience. Those two drivers are excellent young men to be working for Landmark. I am lucky to have Landmark service our Towncar. more

Body Shop is great - and not just for Fords. Had a bad scrape on the passenger side rear view mirror 2009 Acura - and a friend referred me to Lloyd and his team. They made it look like new and it was cheap enough that I didn't file with insurance. Thanks! more

Very nice, Mike was helpful and we didn't feel rushed and the vehicle was ready when he said it would be.\r \r He also answered our questions about the center hubs on the wheels of the MKX. In 2 years we've replaced 3 of them. We are very disappointed in the wheels - while they look very nice, we think losing the center hubs while on the road is a design flaw that should be addressed and replacements provided by Ford at no charge to us. more

Tom was thorough, relaxed, calm, and I felt like he was really listening to what I wanted and what was important to me in my trade in transaction. He even offered to support me in taking off my ski rack from my escape to eventually transfer to my new outback! Though he wasn't as familiar with the car as I'm sure he would be with Fords, he took the time to answer all of the questions I had, even if it took a little research. more

I researched a new car purchase for almost a year because it is such an important spend. We sought out landmark after being directed by Costco to Landmark for the purchase program. I spoke with probably 10 different sales people from different companies and 4 ford dealers during my research and decision process. Rex was well informed and educated - he understood my needs and walked me through the factory ordering of my car. He most importantly communicated on regular intervals the status and supplied real time info as well as the vin number when it was available for insurance purposes,, Rex made the process very satisfying. more

He called to let me know about my battery, in addition to the 30K tune up. Everything was completed, the truck was washed, and I got a ride to and from. Zack drove me both ways, and was a good spokesman for Landmark Ford. I will definitely come again! Thanks, Kraig more

I started online with Diane and she was great to deal with over emails. She wasn't pushy at all and answered all of my questions. She even let me haggle the price a bit through our email correspondence. Unfortunately Diane had to tend to her son who was having surgery the day I was coming into Landmark and she turned over the deal to Evelyn. Evelyn was a complete joy to deal with at the dealership and she made everything quick and easy. I really enjoyed my experience at Landmark and both of these ladies were top notch in customer service. Keep up the great work! more
