Great Service and Friendly People! 3/11/2010

Me and my family all take our vehicles in to Landmark for our service needs. They have also been very friendly and professional and treated us with respect. I've never felt pressure to purchase anything and I feel like they have my best interests in mind. Plus, they are open until Midnight so I can go in whenever it works for me! Great buying experience 7/1/2009

I purchased a brand New 2006 Ford Fusion SE from this dealership after visiting 4 other ford dealerships. Honesty, Integrity & speed at which the financing took from the time we walked in, test drive and driving off the lot took all of about an hour. I upgraded because of the staff 10/30/2008

I upgraded my car when I was not pushed or made to feel like I had to buy. It would have cost more to keep the car I had and pay for continued transmition issues. Dave Coon recommended talking with one and only one person in the fleet dept. I came back 2 days later and drove a way with a new car.\r Great group of professionals there. No high pressure sales. I appreciated the entire experience. more

If you own a Ford and need a reliable no frills no wool pulled over your eyes, go see Mr. Dave Coon at Landmark Ford for service. He will take wonderful care of you, won't try to get you to do things that are unnecessary, great service manager all around. He is the best service person I have ever dealt with. more

Great Service 6/1/2008

Being from out of town we had a great experience buying a car at LandMark, once we found the SUV we wanted they bent over backwards to make sure that we were happy with the deal . I will be recomending them to my friends and will go back for my next vehicle. Pros: Easy to find from the freeway. more

Super Friendly and Helpful! 5/21/2008

I recently bought a new car from Landmark Ford and was very impressed with the service and value that I recieved. I usually hate going to car lots and these guys made a world of difference from what I was used too. The process was fast, friendly, and never did I feel like I was getting screwed. I have also rented cars from these guys in the past and have had the same great expereience. I would recommend checking out Landmark before you buy anywhere else. Pros: Lots to choose from, friendly staff Cons: can't think of any more

Most favorable buying experience I've had! 5/19/2008

I just purchased a new Ford Edge from Landmark Ford. The overall experience was so satisfactory. The Salesperson was very knowledgable and proffessional and the staff helpful and courteous. I was impressed with the expediency of the whole purchase process. They have a large selection of all three models I was interested in. I guess I would have to say that was the only downfall as it took me awhile to decide which one to buy. I was debating between an Escape, Explorer and the Edge. The salesperson was very well informed and answered all my questions and concerns completely. I'm so excited about this Edge . The gas mileage is much better than I expected and I still haven't broken it in yet. I highly recommend shopping at this dealership ! They washed my new car (even though it didn't look like it needed it )and filled the tank and I was ready to go. I'll definitely buy from them again. more

ALL SMILES while they OVER CHARGE YOU... horrible service AVOID this place!!! 1/18/2008

Totally over priced and they are all smiles as long as they are OVER CHARGING YOU!!! service is horrible, their shuttle service is a joke, they have no problem wasting your entire day and night while their 1 driver shuttle all over vancouver and beaverton and back I live in SW and had to repeatedly call them to set up my pick up, even though they are the one that said my truck was ready. When i tried to explain my point of view they laughed in my face. And this was related to a recall!!! Cons: bad everything employees seem against the customers more

Got screwed 8/6/2006

Would not use this dealership. I was put into a bad situation here and ended up paying $5000 more than other dealerships were advertising. Even had a dealership markup over MSRP that they sprung on me before applying Ford discounts. Left with the worst car buying experience I have ever had out of 7 vehicles. Pros: non Cons: a lot more

HELPFUL 9/27/2005

I HAD TO RENT CARS HERE A FEW TIMES FOR WORK ,THEY ARE FAST AND VERY HELPFUL ( NO HASSLE)!THEN DECIDED TO GET A NEW MINI VAN FOR THE FAMILY. I STOPED IN HERE JUST TO SEE WHAT THEY HAD. DECENT SELECTION AND NICE SALES PEOPLE. I ENDED UP GOING TO GRESHAM FORD BUT LANDMARK IS GREAT WITH THERE NO PRESSURE SALES! PROS: NICE STAFF, OK SELECTION, THEY HAVE RENTALS CONS: NONE more

Landmark Ford 9/8/2005

Another stop on our tour for finding a new truck. We visited Landmark Ford hoping to find what my spouse wanted. Again we were out of luck. The employees there tried their best to find what we wanted, even looked on the computers. They were very nice and professional. Have nothing bad to say about this dealership! more
