Very nice, Mike was helpful and we didn't feel rushed and the vehicle was ready when he said it would be.\r

He also answered our questions about the center hubs on the wheels of the MKX. In 2 years we've replaced 3 of them. We are very disappointed in the wheels - while they look very nice, we think losing the center hubs while on the road is a design flaw that should be addressed and replacements provided by Ford at no charge to us.
