Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

Between the great customer service, the relaxing atmosphere, and all of the little bonuses like the foot soak and steam shower, Ladies and Gentlemen is hands down the best place to get a massage in Cleveland. more

Best facial I ever had! 11/14/2011

I went in for a facial, but I received so much more: an education on chakras, a mini-massage, advice on peek-a-boo highlights, and a totally relaxing afternoon with friends. This spa is truly a treasure--wonderful people, amazing place, great products!! more

Eyebrow threading with Lalah 11/14/2011

Lalah is wonderful ! I have been going to Lalah for several years now, and I love her professionalism and how accomodating she is. There are times when I have unexpected meetings after work. When I contact her and explain that I need to reschedule, she does it with a positive attitude ( without hesitation). more

Excellent services...not on time 11/13/2011

The appointment started about 25 minutes late, and it was frustrating to see the front desk staff talk to each other instead of being aware of who was waiting, for how long or checking to see how much longer it would be. However, the actual services were amazing. The technicians were friendly, professional and just wonderful! more

Fabulous Fix 11/8/2011

I had received a horrendous haircut from another salon. I called Ladies and Gentlemen and was able to schedule an appointment that day. Katie Ward fixed it AMAZINGLY and I even scheduled a color appointment with her for later in the week. It was a fabulous fix and color. Plus when going you get the full treatment of Aveda products and procedures as well (hand massage, mini facial, etc.) Hands down- great experience! more
