Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

Was able to accommodate me with 2 requests- scheduling my husband for a cut and doing highlights at a last minute request Very very appreciative!!!! more

Awesome Theraputic Massage 12/13/2011

I had an incredible massage yesterday with Jennifer Jenks that focused on a sports injury. I had a number of visits to an excellent Chiropractor, but found the massage to be the answer. I would recommend this to anyone that is having a challenge with a muscle strain. more

Purchasing a gift card and make up case 12/11/2011

My daughters always appreciate gift certificates for holidays and birthdays. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I needed a case for foundation and wasn't able to get it at another Aveda store. Ladies and Gentlemen carried the size I needed so now I don't have to carry my foundation in a plastic bag in my purse. more

I had a excellent experience! 12/9/2011

I had experienced a hair coloring nightmare!! I knew the only place that was fit to fix my problem was Ladies and Gentlemen and I did not for a second regret my decision. Liz who worked on me the whole day was beyond a pleasure to be with and made me feel so comfortable. She was so skilled and I love my hair! I plan on coming back in the future because my experience was so great! You guys do a great job!! You really service the customer and make them feel so comfortable and at ease. This was my first time seeing Elaine for a full color and cut. She did a terrific job on both and didn't get any color on my face or hairline. She was also very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely continue to go to her for all of my salon needs! more
