Great place to get a facial 8/17/2010

I got my first facial here and it was a wonderful experience. I ended up getting an alcohol-free toner and it is the best thing I ever bought. more

Good spa with full range of services 8/12/2010

La Belle has a full range of services available in a convenient location. The decor is nice and modern, it's not a zen-like retreat like Watercourse Way. I found the staff to be very responsive, prompt and friendly, as well as knowledgeable about treatment options. Prices are on the mid to high range. more

This spa is amazing! Not only is it conveniently located in the mall, La Belle offers all types of services, from nails, facials, waxing, massage, acupuncture, medispa services, and even pilates. I have gotten multiple services at this spa and salon and have been completely satisfied each time! I would highly reccomend Elisabeth for facials, Molly for nails, Zahra for waxing or threading. Sarah, Cynthia and Elaine are amazing for all hair services! I go to these girls on a regular basis and they make me happy everytime! I don't know of any spa or salon that offers so many services in one place. It is so convenient, especially when you are busy with school, work and family and don't have time to run around to a separate place for hair, nails, waxing, etc. Also, the front desk is extremely friendly and are really good at accomdating last minute ! I highly reccomend this place! more

La Belle Day Spa 8/3/2010

La Belle is probably the best place in town for manicures and pedicures. Their manis/pedis last far longer than the ones you get at the cheaper places in town. They are also more relaxing, and they clearly use better products. more

I love this place 8/2/2010

I've been to LaBelle at Stanford quite a few times over the years and I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. I had some giftcards given to me so I decided to pamper myself on my birthday. I booked a 90 minute massage and then a manicure & pedicure. I was there for almost 4 hours, it was fabulous! I was greeted with a smile by the gal at the front desk, she checked me in and walked me to the spa area. Once I was in the spa area I was immediately greeted by a spa attended who had a robe and slippers already in hand. She escorted me to the changing room, placed the robe & slippers down on a chair and waited for me outside. Then she walked me over to the fireplace area where I received my foot soak and a very warm neck pillow and a glass of water. Nice! \r My massage therapist was Grace. She really did an excellent job. She really concentrated on my upper back and sholders because that is where I have the most problems. Very relaxing. I will definately go & see her again. \r My manicure & pedicure were done in the newly remodeled back area, it was so peaceful, very relaxing. I love this place ! more

Very nice day spa 7/29/2010

Once you get past the fact in it's in a shopping mall and actually go in, it's a really nice experience. While you're waiting for your treatment they bring you warm water to soak your feet which is a really nice touch. The treatment and service was good. Prices on the high side. more

Not worth it 5/31/2010

I scheduled a waxing - lower leg only. I was put in a small room (only large enough for one person to stand) while the woman told me to undress - she did not leave the room, very uncomfortable. She supposedly waxed my legs - but I got home and discovered most of my legs weren't waxed and had to use a home kit to finish the job - mind you, I don't have much hair on my legs, most technicians wonder why I bother. The front desk staff was very unprofessional as well. more

Best Facial/Worst Massage 3/2/2010

I had their signature facial and it was one of the most amazing I've ever had...I did not expect to have my feet soaked in front of a roaring fire while enjoying a cup of tea...The facialist made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience and I felt amazing for the rest of the day. The massage, on the other hand, was not an enjoyable experience. While I waited in the same position as in above, the massage therapist was running around saying hello to people in a very unprofessional manner, while I prayed he wasn't the one massaging me. Though he was a very nice man, he put way too much pressure on my muscles and left me in agony for days. I was literally in pain all over my body as if I had been in an accident or something. Never had a massage that left me feeling that way. The receptionists were rude on both visits and not very accommodating. I would go back for the facial but never again for the massage. more

Very relaxing and feeling-good experience 7/15/2009

I go in LaBelle spa salon in Stanford shopping mall for facial on regular basis. I am happy with treatment I get. The whole experience is relaxing and make me feel good afterwords. Usually I book evening appointment and in the morning I look radiant. Also I buy cosmetic products from LaBelle, the basic stuff - cleanser and oxygen mist. Both product were recommended by aesthetician, and I have no regrets for buying them. (Please note, recommended!!!) If you decided to go in LaBelle for facial or body treatment (doesn't apply for nail and hair services), come 15 earlier for foot soak, it's complimentary. Pros: nice facial, good products more

How can this location, less than 5 minutes from the Town & Country location be so different all all levels (not in a good way). The reception staff is so unpleasant and makes one feel so unwelcomed. more

Ooh, I'm very disappointed with this place 2/8/2009

Ooh, I'm very disappointed with this place. I spent over $300 on buying little bottles of junk here and when I called the San Francisco salon (because this is near where I live in the first place) to exchange a bottle of make-up in which they gave me the wrong color, BTW, I was told that without a receipt, they can't make an exchange. Excuse me! The bottle is clearly labeled La Belle, did I make this stuff myself? Could I have possibly purchased it at any place other than their salon? (The answer is a resounding "heck no!") Why then should I get penalized for their mistake? I offered to bring my original credit card statement clearly showing the date of when I purchased it and that wasn't good enough either. Oh you don't want the same thing happening to you, do you? Getting treated that way, I mean. more

not worth the price 12/21/2008

The customer service is lackluster. The receptionists were not well trained. The massage therapist did a good job with my shoulders but he could not ease a foot cramp that bothered me during a massage, and that is telling. I've read bad reviews about this place, but it's the only one that could provide same-day service. I don't plan my stress levels ahead of time, so scheduling massages in advance is something I will never get used to. The service at any spa in Napa beats this hands down. more

Nice fluff 9/17/2008

I sinned- I have a great massage therapist, but I wanted to get a "spa" experience so I went here. Mistake! Ok, it looks nice, but it's kinda busy and I felt rushed, and the massage- well it feels nice but didn't real get much done. So, save the candles and foot bath for girl's night out and get your massage from someone who knows what he's doing- and doesn't rush you through. The best massuese I know is Steven in Los Altos. He doesn't have a city search page, but you can find him at Positive Massage on google. Pros: Looks great, relaxing atmosphere Cons: So so massage more
