Beware! 5/1/2008

I would recommend to those interested in using Luis Torrado as an architect to check him out first. I wish I had. Ask around R.I. + C.T. and be informed. I would also suggest doing a background check, which may help in your decision making as whether or not you want to go in business with this person. more
