I immediately addressed your concerns with the particular employee that greeted your wife. He is a devoted Christian man, and was devastated to hear how his communication with her was interpreted, as that was not his intention. He was very apologetic for this misunderstanding.\r

Since then, I have discussed the event in detail with every employee, and we reiterated in our weekly staff meeting, as we do every week, the importance of professionalism and providing outstanding customer service to every customer. \r
