The Kwik Kar manager promptly alerted me that a hose in my Mercedes had accidentally broken during the oil change. He said they had already ordered the part and the owner was picking it up. I came in the next day and they got it fixed promptly. This is great customer service, people are happy to know that a problem is dealt with quickly and well. Especially while on a mini vacation at home. I even stopped at Kwik Kar Full Services Car Wash on my way home for another one of their great car washes.
