Took in a 2005 Nissan Sentra. Had the head gasket replaced for $1500. The engine failed 2 months later. Kraft (all the way up to the owner) refused any responsibility for the failed engine. They claimed that it must have been a mistake by another repair shop, poor maintenance by my son, or just a bad engine. Anything but accept any responsibility for the the failed engine. Service manager insisted that the engine had 12000 miles between oil changes. I asked how on earth would they know that specific a number. Manager backed off on that claim. Service manager insisted that Nissans were as good or better than Toyotas and Hondas. Service manager did state that a replacement engine would cost $7000 but that Kraft Nissan would be willing to buy the car for its parts for $200. They did not mention that a rebuilt engine could be placed into the car for $1500. Sounds fishy to me. The most insulting part: they charged $120 for the ""diagnostic"" that didn't find the problem that resulted in the failed engine to begin with. more

If you use Kraft Nissan, YOU WILL PAY TOO MUCH, WAY TO MUCH! 3/16/2011

On 01/09/10, I took my 2004 X-Terra to Kraft Nissan to have them check out a sticking gas pedal. I was told that it was probably carbon build up and an employee recommended that I get an ""Induction"" which cleans out all the built up carbon in my engine. He did ask if I wanted a diagnostic, which I declined since he indicated the induction would probably fix the sticking gas pedal. I did the induction and paid $107.45 total with tax. more

Free Oil Change--SIKE!!!!! 1/28/2011

If you want good service, please turn the other way... Nissan is not where it's at. I went there for a complimentary oil change and walked out paying $50 for them to ""tell me what they think"" is wrong with my car. I dropped my car off at 8am and they called me at 5pm to pick it up. It took a whole day for them to do an oil change and look at my car!!! AND I DIDNT TELL THEM TO LOOK AT MY CAR, I ONLY CAME FOR MY OIL CHANGE!!!!! Waste of time and money..I could have went to Legacy Toyota!!! Nissan took advantage of me and it won't happen again. I will no longer be going to Nissan. more

Let the Buyer Beware! 1/20/2011

I strongly suggest that you find another dealer to service your Nissan OR be very, very careful about reviewing what services and parts are being charged on your account! We had to have our Nissan Titan towed into Kraft Nissan. We had a FULL GOLD PREFEREED Security Plus Warranty plan which should have covered all of our costs, yet our service representative told us three separate times that we owed them $600+ for parts and service that wasn't covered. To make a long story short, I wound up calling the dealer where I purchased our truck only to be told that we we were fully covered. The matter was corrected, but only because of my persistence. BE CAREFUL. Our sales representative was either careless or not honest. Either way, it almost cost our family $600 which is a lot of money to me! more

This place is a rip off!!! All they care about is money. They will make you pay for parts and services you don't need, esspecially if you don't know much about cars in general. They took me to the cleaners. I come from a long line of VETERANS, MOM, DAD,UNCLE,GRAND-FATHER, and myself a DISABLED VETERAN, Mr. KRAFT took over 3500 dollars from me, when the problem with my Titan was just a loose wire. Told me I needed all kinds of expensive parts, but all along it was just a loose wire and then told me to my face after refusing to give me any money back, ""bad luck got you."" Bad luck is getting hurt serving this GREAT NATION and not being able to serve any longer. Boycott this poor excuse for an AMERICAN. If you support them they will continue with these bad buisiness practices. more
