Kraft Nissan

Good: Nothing. Bad: All the expensive parts I was lead to belive I needed, all it took to fix my Titan was alittle saudering around a loose wire. Found out after they ripped me off for thousands of dollars. I'm a DISABLED VETERAN and Mr. Kraft knew this a still looked me in the eyes even after he realized what was really wrong and said I was still on the hook for all the money, and "bad luck got you". Bad luck is getting hurt serving America and being unable to serve any longer. What happened to owning up to your mistakes?. Improvements: A chevy, ford, hyundi, honda,kia dealership with a different name on the Marque.. Other: This dealership is highly motivated by cash, not to helping it's buisness grow. I will never buy anything, nor will I recommend anyone to buy anything from the KRAFT dealerships. I say this not out of spite, but because I don't want to see anyone else burned like I was here.. more

I recently went to Kraft Motorcars' new location on Mahan. I like the new location as it better showcases the fine cars (Nissan and Volvo) that they have had for years at their delapitated location on the other side of town. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and had no problems letting me test a car (even though I said I was only thinking of purchasing in the next 6 months). I didn't really feel like I was getting a hard-sell at any point during the lot visit, although the salesman did quote me prices and trade-in values without my asking. I found that the prices they were asking where a lot higher than other area dealerships. In fact, when I called Jacksonville and visited the Thomasville lot, the initial prices quoted were at least $3000 less than Kraft for the same model/edition (without negotiation). Perhaps they are still paying off their re-location, or just assume that they can get away with high prices in a college town. My advice: worth a visit, but shop around. more
