the worst company ever...got a Kirby wanted to return it keep calling by the time they got back to me they said it was too late..stuck with this vacuum I cant use as we got rid of carpet hince why I wanted to return it after using once had a garnishment for 2200 tried to call them too see how much I paid and not one person had the answer so how much is left idk because ive paid it off but still get it took from my check waiting for them to release it all I can say is don't do it tell Kirby to get the hell of your doorstep who wanna buy a vacuum lol more

Kolb enterprises is the worst company I have seen on this earth. I was conned into a vaccum purchase with kirby and was financed thru kolb and within less than 60 days of not paying..they were making my life living hell garnishing my bank account and taking me in and out of court. When you try to speak with anyone they lie and are completely nasty with you. We came to a paymnt agreement and i was late a week and started getting letters from my local court again.Satan himself must exist at kolb because i hear the owner is filthy rich but will make your life living hell if you are one day late on a payment. The worse decision I ever made was letting a Kirby guy in my door to have to had deal with kolb enterprises. more

I had purchased a Kirby vacuum and financed it thru Kolb Enterprise. The people who work in customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced in my life. They are rude and is horrible in customer treatment. Every time I call I get transferred to a number of people who don?t know what they are doing. I gave them a voided check so they can automatically withdraw money from my checking account to pay for the vacuum. Somehow they messed that up but wanted to charge me $75 for payments not going thru. I found out thru my bank they made the mistake and keyed in the wrong checking account number. I'm still waiting for that charge to be removed from the bill. They also overcharged me on finance charges. I asked for them to explain why am I being overcharged they told me they could not explain to me over the phone they will send me the break down thru email. I called 3 times in one day for this email and still have not received anything from them explaining why they overcharged me. They are the worst. I would never recommend anyone doing business with them. My next step is to file a formal complaint to the BBB if I don?t get this resolved. more
