Everything I Imagined and More! 7/28/2010

I hadn't even looked at a vehicle for about 5 years and I had heard all the horror stories of the car dealerships. When I stepped foot onto Klein Honda's car lot, I met Laya, and he was great. It was like the staff at Klein Honda didn't even want to make any money on their car at all! Which is the complete opposite of how I felt in the past. They showed me all the figures with no pressure at all, and I will most definitely be buying my next car there. I had my best car buying experience ever at klein Honda. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for honda cars. They have very friendly environment and great sales team especially, SID. Sd helped us buying our new honda civic from this dealership, he presents the example of exceptional customer service. We were there only for checking out new models but this guy (Sid) made us buy this car the same day. Very friendly, honest, knowledgable Sales Rep. We highly recommend Sid and Klein honda for anyone looking for honda cars. more

so long as it says you did an excellent job in your file sid mahant. you were so calm,inviting experience and provided a very relaxed atmosphere. great service, thanks for staying on top off it. sid yo did pheonominal job accomodating our needs and far snpassed you job by staying past closing to help us out with our first car purchased. we wouldn't be more excited about our new car if it wasn't sid. i will always remember sid if i ever need car for my friends or family good job sid Pros: the patience always count not minutes but hours and hours more

Ask for SID 7/26/2010

After a long day of shopping for a car I was just about to give up. Then I pulled into Klein Honda and was helped by my new friend Sid. My parents are difficult people but no matter how crazy it got he did what no other dealership could do. He never showed an ounce of disrespect. He worked with me, my parents, and our budget to get me the car I had set my sights on. Sid isn't just a car salesman but he became a friend I could trust. I came in to get my car tinted. When it was done Sid insisted the service team cleaned it as well. However it was a very busy time of the day and they weren't able to get around to cleaning my car. So in his suit and tie Sid washes my car and made sure I was taken care of. I've never seen a car salesman so humble as to even get on his knees just to put my license plate on my car. I can see why Klien Honda has been where they are for so long. They have workers who can be trusted and respected. I would recommend Klien Honda to anyone! As a first time to klein honda customer i would like to express that it was great customer service. siddharth mahant greeted at the door with warmth and open arms. sid was outstanding for us. he knew his product lines and wanted us to be satsfied and we were. it is called patience but above all, sid was a real great person, not pushy at all but yet patience, while visitng the next day to fianlize our deal it was great just great working with sid. what a employee for klein honda. he made our day. god bless sid and his family. will always recommend sid when it comes to the car Pros: very patience, honsety, great sales person Cons: not at all over satsfied more

Sid greeted us at the door and was very knowledgeable and friendly. he found me a vechile that I was looking for and showed us all the features. he gave us plenty of time to discuss our thoughts on the vechile that we were to buy without any pressure. it was pleasant experience working with him. we have been to few other dealerships in my search for a new car but this was by far the best customer service we have seen. great work sid keep it up. When walking into Klein Honda we were immediatly approached by JW. We allready knew what vehicle we wanted it was just a matter of trying to get everthing to fit together. We were there a while and we had my 1 year old daughter and my 1 year old niece with us. They helped out with the kids and amazingly did something that no other car place has been able to do. They were able to work with us and get us into the car that we wanted. I love my car and I love klein honda for the opportunity that they have given my family. If I ever need a car in the future I will go see JW he has our service. They really were amazing :). Pros: Amazing customer service Cons: N/A more

Unexpected Excellent Service 7/26/2010

I had gone into Klein Honda to get an oil change for my honda civic and was just walking around and I was approached by lia. I had told him I wasn't in the market at the moment but was curious about the new honda accords. Lia was so overwhelming with excitement to help me I couldn't help but stop to give him my time. Lia not only gave me all the information I needed on the honda accord but he also gave me a value for my trade, and what my monthly payment would look like if I did make the purchase. I would Highly recommend Klein Honda for all your car needs because that place is filled with friendly people. and when i am ready to buy Lia is who i will be calling. Excellent customer service 7/26/2010

l brought my vehicle to Klein Honda to have the windshield replaced. When I arrived, I was greeted by Jon Williams. Jon agreed to show me several used vehicles for my teenage son. Jon was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. At no point was he ever high pressure. Best Dealership around! 7/26/2010

We went here not really expecting to buy a car at the time, just because we didnt think we could afford one right then and there, but wanted an idea of what we wanted when the time came. JW, Lai and the staff were more than willing to show us how affordable a new car could be! We told them our budget and what we wanted in a car and they showed us exactly that! They helped us with our trades in and everything, and I didnt feel pressured at all, which is rare considering the few times ive gone to a dealership. Financing was awesome and not only could we get a better car but we realized that we were going to be saving tons of money compared to the financing we had on our old car!! I dont really know how many cars I plan on buying in my lifetime but I know for sure Ill be seeing Lai at Klein Honda!! Pros: Great customer service Cons: none more

First of all, i want to say that I'm not from this area. I drove 200 miles to visit. It came to mind on saturday afternoon about buying another Honda Civic. I looked it over the enet for the nearest one around and found Kein Honda. I was inpressed by the promptness from EJ for getting back to me the following morning (sunday). I arrived and was accomadated by Raj the sales personal. He was curtious and very attentive to what I was looking for. He did not try to steer me away from what i wanted. I got my Honda Civc EX within a few hours of my arrival !!! No pressure was felt and I left their dealership feeling pleased and content with my purchase. It made my weekend!! I was able to drive home to central Washington in my new vehicle!!! Thank you Raj for being an awesome Sales Representive!!! Pros: Accomodating and Honest Cons: Too far away from home! more

My husband and I bought our 2006 Acura MDX from Lai Sinaphet on May 30th, 2010. We had a great experience. We weren't even sure that we wanted to bu a car that day, but our experience was so positive and we were so comfortable that we drove our new MDX home that night! We traded in my husband's truck and they gave us a great buy-back price, and worked with us to find a price that we could afford. Never once did we feel pressured or like they just wanted our money. We felt more like we were talking to a friend than a car salesman when we worked with Lai. We plan on buying my husband a new truck from Klein Honda (and Lai!) when my husband returns home from deployment next year. I recently purchased a vehicle through klein honda. It was the best choice I could of made. All of the sale associates did a great job working so hard to get me in the right vehicle. they were very friendly and treated me with nothing but respect. The sales person i mainly delt with was Lau, he was very down to earth and made me feel very confortable, I strongly recommend him, you will be very happy with the outcome. Someone else who helped me out alot was mr. Davis. He worked around the clock and focused on me and only me. He was very determined to make me the costumer happy. We bought our daughter her first car, a CRV, from Mrs. Laith Al-Nakib and his associate, Greg. We had the best experience we had in years. They are professional, honest, friendly and understanding. I stumbled upon Klein Honda while browsing for vehicles earlier this month. Never in my life have I had such a positive & easy experience in a dealership. I got an excellent value for my trade in, and no ends were left untied. I was lucky to have Lai as my salesman, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. Lai helped me with any questions and concerns I had, and he got me a wonderful deal! I will absolutely be back to Klein Honda, they provided me with a painless buying experience. I purchased a 2000 accord today from Klein Honda and the experience was as painless as possible. From my first call to the dealership to showing up for a test drive, everyone at Klein was friendly, helpful and did not make me feel pressured. My salesman was absolutely the best! His name is Lai Sinaphet. He made me feel comfortable and worked with me to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. If you can get to Lai as your salesman you will be in good hands too. I bought my civic form there and could not have been happier. Got a great deal and excellent customer service. All the staff i dealt with was very professional and courteous. My salesdealer was Sid Mahant. He was excellent through out the deal and also followed up regularly after the sale. My next car is from here as well :) ! Good job guys.
