After a long day of shopping for a car I was just about to give up. Then I pulled into Klein Honda and was helped by my new friend Sid. My parents are difficult people but no matter how crazy it got he did what no other dealership could do. He never showed an ounce of disrespect. He worked with me, my parents, and our budget to get me the car I had set my sights on.
Sid isn't just a car salesman but he became a friend I could trust. I came in to get my car tinted. When it was done Sid insisted the service team cleaned it as well. However it was a very busy time of the day and they weren't able to get around to cleaning my car. So in his suit and tie Sid washes my car and made sure I was taken care of.
I've never seen a car salesman so humble as to even get on his knees just to put my license plate on my car. I can see why Klien Honda has been where they are for so long. They have workers who can be trusted and respected. I would recommend Klien Honda to anyone!
