My husband and I bought our 2006 Acura MDX from Lai Sinaphet on May 30th, 2010. We had a great experience. We weren't even sure that we wanted to bu a car that day, but our experience was so positive and we were so comfortable that we drove our new MDX home that night! We traded in my husband's truck and they gave us a great buy-back price, and worked with us to find a price that we could afford. Never once did we feel pressured or like they just wanted our money. We felt more like we were talking to a friend than a car salesman when we worked with Lai. We plan on buying my husband a new truck from Klein Honda (and Lai!) when my husband returns home from deployment next year. Klein Honda has created loyal customers in us, and we recommend all of our friends to them.
