Once your account is setup, it's easy to get a quote and have them come out. Service was great, the cleaning was great, price was fair. Can't beat it.

This is a great service. I have had cleaners out before, where it took a couple days to dry. Then you are dealing with different issues, like mold and mildew. With Kiwi, you may think the initial price is a bit high, but, believe me, you more than recover on follow-up treatments. The carpets are clean and ready to walk on almost immediately. The technicians are very well-trained and the pet stains are remediated. Now if I could just train my dogs to ring a bell when they want to go out... more

I have been with Kiwi Carpet Cleaning for close to two years now. I LOVE THEM!! They are always so kind when you call into schedule and do their best to find the lowest price for you! I have kids so I was nervous about the services not being able to get the results i like but they never fail to impress me! My carpets look brand new everytime! The best part is, the have a 1 year warranty and come out as many times as you like for a MUCH smaller price and leave with your carpets brand new! I would recommend them to anyone!! more

We had a friend recommend Kiwi to us. We were pleasantly pleased at how well Kiwi removed many stains from 3 rooms. We thought our pet had permanently stained the carpet, The technician was very courteous. He knew how to remove the stains. He was willing the spend the time to do the job right. It was not a rush job. We liked the guarantees if we need retreat later. more

I've been using Kiwi Carpet Cleaning for a couple of years now. I have 2 cats & 2 dogs - it is amazing how they can get pet stains and odors out! I also like the fact that they send the same technician out each time.\r Love Kiwi! more

Kiwi did a very nice job, carpet looks great. What I like most is that the carpet was dry very quickly. The fact that there is a huge discount for follow-up cleanings is a nice bonus. more

Kiwi Carpet Cleaning***Best Choice**** 1/19/2011

Kiwi services is a very professional, knowledgable company. I am able to have repeat cleanings of my carpet as often as I need for a VERY small fee for an entire year...what could be better with kids and dogs??? I am also able to request my technician so that when JR, (who is amazing) comes to my home, he already knows what I need and how I like things to be done. I also love talking to Susan when I call in to make an appointment and or need information about other services. Thank you JR and Susan you are great faces of this company!!!! more
