We had a friend recommend Kiwi to us. We were pleasantly pleased at how well Kiwi removed many stains from 3 rooms. We thought our pet had permanently stained the carpet, The technician was very courteous. He knew how to remove the stains. He was willing the spend the time to do the job right. It was not a rush job. We liked the guarantees if we need retreat later.
