We rented a 2 bedroom condo unit for our family of 4. 2 1/2 bathrooms, 3 TV's, kitchen, comfortable beds and all very spacious, neat, clean and with all appliances etc in working order. The main office was courteous and accomodating and we made use of both the indoor and outdoor pools and basketball courts (equipment can be rented for free at the clubhouse). The only downside was no internet offered in the unit in which we stayed (however wireless is available in the clubhouse and I was easily able to connect for the brief time I needed to). The pools were a bit crowded, but this is to be expected and it didn't stop us from using them. 1 minute from Water Country and President's Park and only 5-10 minutes from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg (and directions to all provided by the front desk when you check in). I thought we got a great value for the ammenities, location, the unit itself and level of service provided. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
