Kia Store East

I bought a a new Kia Sorento EX at The Kia Store East this past saturday. I initially contacted the dealership through their website. I was very impressed with their website. It is simple, innovative, and easy to navigate. They have a lot of neat tools you can use on it that help you buy a car. It saved me a lot of time. The dealership was run with the same simpleness, and innovation that the website was run with. My salesmen was extremely conscious of my time. In my past experience with car dealerships, I feel like the salesmen and managers don''t care how long you have been waiting like you have nothing better to do. It was not like that at The Kia Store East, it he let me know in the beginning that he would not waste my time, and would make this as easy and stress free as possible. He kept to his promise. more

I regretfully spent my saturday driving all over Louisville looking at used cars. I was trying to be as thrifty as possible, driving from dealer to dealer, comparing prices, and constantly trying to find a better deal. Eventually I wound up a The Kia Store East. To put it simply I should have started their and never left. At all the other dealerships, as I would walk to my car, the salesmen would chase me, telling me that this was a great deal, and that it wasn't going to be offered when I got back, or how they could do better if I bought RIGHT NOW. At the Kia Store East I told the salesmen I was going to shop the deal around and his smile grew big, he handed me his card and said, that is great for both of us. I asked him how it was great for both of us, and he said because it would give me peace of mind, and also show that they had the lowest prices in town. So I continued looking for the best used cars Louisville had to offer, and needless to say I found myself back The Kia Store East, and my salesmen gave the I told you so face, and I bought a car. more

Recently went shopping for an SUV. I was interested in the Sportage b/c I wanted the functionalilty and look of an SUV without the getting a gas guzzler. Got with a very laid-back and knowledgable sales person. He didn't pressure me and was happy to answer my many questions. I also delt with the loan office to see what they would approve me for. The results were quick and the staff was courteous. Its a great new facility, nice and clean. I felt very comfortable which is most important to me when entering a car dealership.
