I bought a a new Kia Sorento EX at The Kia Store East this past saturday. I initially contacted the dealership through their website. I was very impressed with their website. It is simple, innovative, and easy to navigate. They have a lot of neat tools you can use on it that help you buy a car. It saved me a lot of time. The dealership was run with the same simpleness, and innovation that the website was run with. My salesmen was extremely conscious of my time. In my past experience with car dealerships, I feel like the salesmen and managers don''t care how long you have been waiting like you have nothing better to do. It was not like that at The Kia Store East, it he let me know in the beginning that he would not waste my time, and would make this as easy and stress free as possible. He kept to his promise.
