She came up with the most incredible ideas. Right away, she passionatly started sketching and showed us drawings that completely transformed our house. She showed us how we could make our space feel larger and bring more light into the room by making some adjustments. We had hired an archetect to help us with are remodel to take our 70's home and not only expand for more space, but to create a new fresh look. We paid out a fortune for the architects drawings and did'nt even use them. The job was perfectly priced and the crews were knowledgable and courtious. They went over and beyond. Their finish work is immpeccable. We have experianced other remodel projects in the few homes we have owned over the years. but I must say working with Michan and her staff was the best experiance ever. There were a few issues with the windows and they took care of it right away. They really cared about making sure we were pleased. We are still so excited about our new windows that Keystone keeps coming up in our conversations. We have already referred them to our friends and family. more

Well I was given Keystone's name by another organization. I usually call them because they make good recommendation. I was extra pleased with Keystone Windows & Doors because it was run by a woman. I first used Keystone Windows & Doors three years ago and they put in all new windows. They were very thorough. They were very great and explained all the options! I hired them to install french doors and also do some door repairs on ones I wanted to keep. Although they were a bit late their work was done well and very fast. I was very impressed with all the doors once they were finished and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing door repairs. more

I was happy with the work that Keystone Windows did. At first I didn't like them because they didn't return our calls, then the president of the company called us back and was really nice. Then, after the windows were installed, we called them again because we were happy with the job, but again they didn't call back. Keystone Windows & Doors is very efficient and professional. The owner came out and discussed what would work for the marketability of our house and what was good for the area we live in as well as going over the condition of our house. She had great suggestions and took accurate measurements. The old panes had failed, they were wood, so she recommended we use vinyl panes. They have a lifetime guarantee and will replace them at no cost. They were able to trim out the vinyl panes to match our detailed molding on our house. We wanted to save some our windows to donate and they were able to do that for us without trouble. They were great about cleaning up after they were done working, and really protect your property. They prepared us for the experience and let us know what we could do to prepare before they came to do the work, and how to protect things from scratches and dings. We are very pleased with how they did the work. Overall, this was a great experience! They are reasonably priced, do excellent work and carry a good-quality product. I'd highly recommend them to anybody! more

I had a wonderful experience with Keystone Windows & Doors. Prior to finding them, a few different companies had installed other kinds of windows for me, and they had no design sense at all. It looked like a big hodgepodge. Michan came in, and she had such a good eye for how the building could look. She was able to suggest positive changes that would still maintain architectural integrity. She also gave me other suggestions for how to transform the space inexpensively. Of all the window companies I had dealt with, Michan's bid was the most reasonable and comprehensive. I really trusted her pricing. Also, the quality of the product was great--they are incredibly well-made. Once we had decided on how the job would proceed, the installers arrived, and they were incredible. I'm talking top notch people with excellent woodworking skills and years of experience. They worried over every detail, and any time a critical decision needed to be made they came to me first for approval. They even built little plastic tents to house the debris, which made the cleanup quick and spotless. It was just a great experience. Some companies may carry the same products as Keystone, but they don't have the design sense. When you choose Michan, you know you will receive the best windows to meet your goals, and at the best price. I wouldn't even look at another company. more

Keystone Windows & Doors fixed my window. It was my first time using them, and the service was wonderful. The price was maybe a little too high, but they were excellent. I have no complaints. more

Everything worked great! Keystone did what they said they were going to do. The installers worked hard and really did a great job. They took extra steps, even though they really didn't have to, but they did, and it all turned out great! more

After wasting my time with a handful of sleezy, gimmicky window salesmen from a few different companies, I was SO happy to find Keystone. During the consultation, the agent I met with really knew her stuff. Her recommendations were spot on, and saved me time sorting through hundreds of possibilities. The installation crew was amazingly considerate: not showing up too early, always careful to clean up after themselves, kind to my young kids, and alerting me to any and all changes from the original plan. They were very detail oriented, and not happy unless everything was perfectly placed. It's so great to see people taking pride in their work. I am already recommending them to all my neighbors and everyone who comes to our house. Our new bay window is now the highlight of the house, and really breathes new life into our little old house. The entire team was very professional. We appreciated the attention to detail, timely communication, and overall high level of customer care. I scheduled time off from work to meet a Keystone rep at my home for an estimate for new windows and a door. The rep couldn't provide an estimate on the spot, but promised to send it within a day or two. I never received the estimate nor heard back from the rep. Complete waste of my valuable time. more

Having been a contractor for almost 30yrs, with several of my suppliers going out of business over these past two years (after decades of business)- I anxiously searched for a stable company for a large window/door order. (Whats a warranty worth if the business has gone under?) more

I worked with a salesman (Jim Nemmer) who is no longer with them (he moved to another state). The process was very straightforward and painless. The workmanship was excellent and fast. I ordered very expensive Marvin windows, and Keystone worked with a local craftsman to apply an after-market leaded-glass look. Excellent job. I would work with them again any day. The series of 3 windows that replaced one big ugly one in the front of our home, combined with a beautiful new door, gave our home charm it never had! No more dripping, wet, cold, drafty, noisy, crappy aluminum windows in this house! We had the best of the best during our initial consultation and the installation crew did excellent work. We made two appointments for an estimate (they cancelled the first), and they were a NO SHOW for the second. We will not be doing business with this company. Pros: ??? Cons: Do not show up for scheduled appointments more
