Good service from Key Heating 2/16/2019

Walter was quick to get out to our house to diagnose and repair our system. He has done so in the past as well. We will choose his company again in the future when we need servicing. more

Matt B & Key HVAC 1/31/2019

Matt B was very professional with his install of my Mitsubishi Split AC. Worked with me on location of both units and kept wiring and piping out of view in living area and up and out of the way in the basement. Matt offered but I didn't really need operational instructions since I had a 3 year old unit in my previous home. He was friendly and easy to deal with. He also completed the project in a timely manner, and did a good job with cleanup when done. I would recommend him and Key to anyone looking for a residential HVAC job. Jim M. more

strange emergency 12/6/2018

Late afternoon after the midday service, we noticed a loud whistling in the house. After we searched around we eventually realized it was coming from the furnace. I switched off the power and the whistle stopped, but the furnace failed to relight when I turned the power back on. We waited waited over an hour but when no relight we called emergency and a visit was scheduled. Surprisingly the furnace suddenly started working again so we cancelled the visit. I cannot explain this event and everything has worked normally since, with no whistle. I'll let you know if we have a recurrence. Many thanks for the service you provide. more

Key Heating & AC 10/23/2018

Al serviced my AC during the Summer, and heating system in the Fall. In both instances, he was on time for the appointment, and took time to do thorough checks of the systems. He also answered my questions about the system and gave me maintenance tips. Al was very professional, and wore shoe coverings when needed. Highly recommend Key and Al for service. more

Maintenance visit by Keith Paulet for our AC System 6/7/2018

Keith Paulet addressed our AC System malfunction today (June 7, 2018). We could not have been happier with his performance. Keith was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous during his visit. He was able to correct the problem in very short order and explained all his work and billing to our satisfaction before he departed. He left his work site as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. Installation of gas furnace 5/19/2018

Bob Welch and Mike Ring were efficient, and effective in the process of installing our gas furnace. They were polite, professional and respectful. They explained what they were doing and answered all our questions. They cleaned up their work area and gave us an orientation to the new unit. We commend and would recommend them. Thanks. more

Great Sales, support, and Installation 4/24/2018

I am still enjoying my Mitsubishi Heat Pump system. All of my interactions with the staff at Key were positive. Much thanks to Jon. Raing Key 3/16/2018

Had a central A/C problem for over ten years. Technician from Key visited my home and ascertained the problem in less than 30 minutes. Keith (Tech) will return to my home in late April to make repair. Key contacted me by phone ten days later to advise the cost for repair and set up appointment to finish job. Very satisfied. more
