Stayed the 1st weekend of April '06, booked by a friend of ours since we didn't know the Boston area & downtown Boston hotels are so expensive. Turned out to be very cute place. Right on MIT's campus, near the Red Line, easy to get to Boston via car. The room was big w/the bathroom like a bathroom in a house, very nice and different from ""hotel bathrooms"" that i'm very sick and tired of. The sheets were SOOOOO very soft that i didn't want to get out of bed! complimentary breakfast was awesome. variety of yogurts, parfait, bacon, pancakes, coffee, juices, teas, etc. Very small resturant/eating area but very cute. If you're looking for a ""home away from home"" kind of place to stay, the Kendall Hotel is the place to stay while in Boston. I would go back 100% when I go back to visit friends.
Pros: the sheets/bed, free breakfast, location
