My first experience with Karmichael was very positive. I had my interior and exterior of my vehicle detailed and it came back perfect. They did a very thorough job. Plus, I needed it completed much quicker than normal and that was done. I will be returning to them again next time and I recommend their services to anyone. more

They did my RX-7 convertible inside and out. I diddnt go for a regular hand wash, I wanted a real deal detail and thats what I got. I showed it to a customer who sells corvettes at Barret Jackson auctions for super high dollars and even he was impressed with the attention they gave my car. I feel so lucky to have them located so close by. Mukilteos best kept secert untill word gets out. As for the guy who went there 3 times? Some people cant be satisfied. I wont go anywhere a 2nd time that dont perform as expected. They dont get a 2nd chance. But 3 times? cmon who you kiddin. more

I have been here 3 times. 1st time was to get over spray removed from my vehicle. They failed to do a proper job. I ended up taking it Metropolitan Detail to get the over spray removed. About a year latter I decided to try them out again. This time just a basic hand car wash. After I got home I saw they missed multiple areas around the rims, bumper, and trim lines. I decided to try them one last time out of convenience on a basic hand car wash. When I arrived I showed the attendant what areas were missed at my visit 3 weeks ago. He assured me that those areas would be cleaned. After I got home I did a walk around AND THEY MISSED THE SAME AREAS AGAIN!! For a detail shop there is a serious lack of detail. Never again will they get my money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will be taking my business back to Metropolitan Detail. They are out of my way, and a bit more expensive but by far they do a much better job. more

Never haven gotten any car detailed I didn't know what to expect. For a fair price I got my car washed, waxed, and vaccumed. There were a couple things that weren't up to my expectations, but I let them know and they promptly fixed it. They have definitely earned and kept my bussiness! more
