Best service I ever had! I visited Karma for the first time a few weeks ago, and had the best hair appointment I ever had. Lynn Meyer and the rest of the staff are excellent, and so personal. The stylist and owner, Lynn Meyer, took quality time with me to consult me on what look would work best for me and one that I would be most comfortable with. I had a wonderful cut, color, and wax. The new Baxter Street location has a great feel, and it has a very relaxed, cool atmosphere.\r \r No complaints! I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. BEST SALON IN ATHENS 1/28/2010

Anyone who does not get their hair styled at Karma Salon is missing out on the best cut and color they could ever have!! Lynn Meyer and all the other stylist at Karma are wonderful. They actually listen to what you have to say and then give their expert advice on what your hair needs. When you leave Karma, you look and feel like a million bucks!! I would recommend everyone to go to Karma Salon!!!! more

The Best Salon in Athens! 11/20/2009

Karma Salon is a unique, one of a kind hair salon. The stylists are extremely friendly and fun to be around! They are all very helpful and produce exactly what you ask for! At other salons, sometimes I feel hair appointments are a risky thing, but Im sure to always get what I want at Karma. They are always sure to fit me in before important events like vacations or auditions, and I can always count on them to make me walk out looking great! Karma is the greatest salon around and I would suggest it to all my friends! more

You will love your hair color after vising Karma! I've been seeing the Color Mistress, Lynn, for almost 20 yrs now. Thanks to her, no one knows I even color my hair! I love KARMA! 11/18/2009

I am VERY picky about my hair. I came to Karma originally for a spray tan (which was personalized to my skin tone AND AMAZING!). I met Lynn and scheduled an appointment for my hair. She did the BEST highlights I have ever had. I live in Los Angeles now and she blows my hair stylist out of the water! My family and I have also gone to the other stylist at Karma and loved what they have done! I get my eyebrows waxed there as well which always turns out fabulous. They only have products that THEY believe in. If you get your hair washed at Karma, you will never want to leave-your hair will smell soooo good with the amazing products they use! AHHHH so many good things to say but if you need a new hairdo or tan and a FUN experience during- GO TO KARMA! They're the best! Pros: Best Spray Tan, Best Hair Color/Cuts, and BestEnvironment! I moved to Athens, GA over a year ago for school. I usually would go back home to south Georgia to get a hair cut as needed. I was driving on Milledge Ave. and saw Karma and decided to stop in and check it out. I made an appointment with Lisa Renshaw. She gave me the best haircut/style. I have been going to Karma for about 3 months now, and I will never go to anyone else. They have the most professional and friendliest staff. Karma has the most relaxing atmosphere. I moved to Georgia 6 months ago from Texas looking for a good salon to become loyal to. I found it! I went into a couple before seeing the Karma Salon, and Im glad I didnt settle for anything other than this one. The layout of this salon is professional, yet homey at the same time. Its the perfect salon! Every stylist in the place makes people feel good about themselves not only by giving them more confidence in a great new hair cut and/or color, but also by being friendly to their clients. \r \r The Karma Salon is wonderful!!! The staff is wonderful, warm, funny and open to any ideas. They make me feel special and appreciated. I have been going to Lynn for many years. Every time I leave the salon, people ask me where I have my hair done and that my hair always is healthy and looks great. I always give the credit to Lynn and her staff at Karma Salon. Great place!! Karma salon offers exceptional service and the best stylists in Athens. They do an excellent job on men's hair, both cut and color, as well as consults on facial hair. You get what you pay for and in this case it's worth every penny. Make an appointment and see what you've been missing. more

It's always a pleasure to go to Karma for a cut. The salon has a wonderful, homey atmosphere and the stylists and colorists are top notch. My daughter had her first experience with hair color today under Lynn's skillful and gentle hand, and had a blast! I recommend Karma Salon to everyone. Disappointed 10/20/2009

I was very disappointed in my cut and color. I felt like the stylist either didn't know how to give me what I wanted or she was not interested in what I wanted. The owner was not helpful and uninterested in fixing what her staff had done. I will not be returning. more

Enjoyable 8/24/2009

My Mother and I spend every 7th week at the Karma Salon together getting our hair colored and cut. Lynn Meyer and her staff are great! You never know what may happen. One time your getting a shot of fruit juice, then next eating watermelon or chocolate covered strawberries!!yum. We know that our appointments are going to be fun and upbeat. Lynn is a great colorist and really listens to what you say.\r Try it, its GREAT!! more

At home feeling 8/19/2009

I've tried other popular salons in the area but Karma makes you feel as though you're with family. After a friend recommended I see Erin - I made an appointment for my first professional coloring. Erin has made me feel like one of the family. After a long day at work - a glass of ice cold lemon-aide is waiting on me - not to mention conversations that makes you feel like you're at home. Erin takes the time to listen to what I want and makes every effort to meet my needs. But what I really like about her is she's lets me know if something I want won't work on me. I enjoy our relationship that we've build over the past year and I look forward to my visits every time.
