I remember my first visit, I was greeted by one of Michael's assistants, she was so nice. She efficiently and effectively went through all of the paper work, answered all of my questions and just having that knowledge immediately put me at ease. I was no longer afraid of the decision that I needed to make regarding BK.
Then I met Michael and after speaking with him I knew I wanted him to represent me. I found him to be competent, direct, experienced, nice, but I also detected some "Bull Dog" and I wanted the "Bull Dog" in my court! However, on the other side of that persona he was kind, compassionate , encouraging, non judgemental and most importantly, I felt safe.
There was a common thread that wove itself through out this firm. Everyone was dedicated , encouraging and efficient. Phone calls were returned promptly and shoulders were there for the tears I often shed! I give this firm five hundred stars! They are the epitome of people helping people.
