I found jude law to be extremely helpful every step of the way. The only thing I felt could be improved is communication about all the documents that need to be attained. Several times after a meeting I was informed I needed an additional 2-3 documents to complete the steps. As well, I was told I would meet with Michael prior to my court date and this never occurred. However it was the holiday season and I totally understand all the circumstances. more

I was very disappointed with the service and the response to my complaints. I had to provide information via email several times because the information did not make it into our file. Some information never did make it into the file. I paid an extra $400.00 for the 30 day emergency filing. I provided all requested info the day after I had a meeting in the office. A week before the 30 days was up they decided they needed additional info and that the 30 days was going to start over when I sent them the additional info. I did not accept this and the bankruptcy was filed within the 30 days. I spoke with a legal assistant after the hearing to ask questions, and I told her about my complaints. She didn't have the answers and I left a message for Micheal Jude to call me. When I did speak to Micheal he denied that the truestee said (what she confirmed to me in email later that she did say) what my husband and I recalled that she did say. I told him about my complaints and he said that I was just an angry person. I did not appreciate the interogation and accusations that I was subjected to by Micheal on the phone. He then petitioned the court to withdraw himself from the case. This was very unprofessional behavior. I will recommend on my personel experience and opinion that you not use the services of judelaw. more

Michael is great! Even though he is so busy I can always get a call back from him and a great assistant from him personally. The Assistant Tina & Trace is also great and very friendly. I wish I can say the same for one of his staff. The paralegal that supposed to handle my case has never returned my call, not once. I have sent her several email and left messages, but up until my case being discharge I have never heard back from her. I just hope all is well. more

Whew,jsut got through my hearing a few days after my birthday,and the last couple years of trying to keep "afloat" with the different areas of debit I had was just getting me "bogged down!!" Micheal and his team were always helpful when I had a question,over the 4 months it took me to get to the "finish line",and learning more about how the process works and how NOT to get into this again(hopefully!) more

No one wants to file bankrupt and it is an emotional decision that had to be made. I Have Say Overall They Were Knowledgeable And Helpful About Everything. They Were Always Good About Returning My Phone Calls and Answering My Calls. I However Only Spoke to Michael Jude Twice. Once When We First Went In and Then Again At My 341 Hearing, I Know He Is Busy But Would Have Been Nice For Him To Answer Some Of Questions. Also I Have To Say That For Having To Pay Like $1400 I Was Surprised At How Much Paperwork I Had To Do. I Would Think That For All I Paid They Would Have Done Alot More Of The Paperwork. Overall Though Good Experience and Friendly Staff. more
