Michael is great! Even though he is so busy I can always get a call back from him and a great assistant from him personally. The Assistant Tina & Trace is also great and very friendly. I wish I can say the same for one of his staff. The paralegal that supposed to handle my case has never returned my call, not once. I have sent her several email and left messages, but up until my case being discharge I have never heard back from her. I just hope all is well.
