My husband and I were looking into filing bankruptcy and we didn't know who to call or even where to start. We searched the internet and there was Michael Jude listed. Because of his firm being members of the BBB, we decided to call him. From the very first phone call, Michael's staff was phenomenal. Charlie was so helpful answering our questions - and we did have many over the couple weeks until we finally decided to meet with Michael. At the time of our meeting with Michael, we were a bit nervous and scared about what was happening but Michael reminded us that it is ok and that we will be ok. We also never felt like just a dollar sign to Michael - we felt like he truly cared about us. Dealing with others in his staff over the next month or so was also a fabulous experience. I don't know. I'm guessing that 95 percent of everyone doesn't want to go bankrupt. I know that I didn't but I had to make the hard choice.I did some online research but didn't really know what to expect. Jude Law made it the absolutely best that it could be! All of the staff were very accessable, helpful and friendly. They took The stigma away from this very difficult situation. I apreciated Michael'straight forward approach. He told us plain and simple without sugar coating what to expect and strongly suggested what we should do(or not do). I can think of one or two things that he said that I might not have liked, but quickly realized that he was seeing it without any "attachment" emotion. This was a surprisingly easy experience because I did everything that these experts advised. I'm very happy from start to end and can't recommend these folks highly enough. Filing chapter 7 was our last resort and worst nightmare. We tried to avoid it at all costs. Finally, a creditor forced us into filing. Michael was understanding and helpful.
