Great chocolate- Poor service 6/27/2005

The chocolate is amazingly tasty. The variety is wonderful and they usually have some very clever new chocolates in cute shapes. The only downside is that the staff basically ignores you until you ask for assistance and then condescendingly helps you. I'll still keep coming back for the chocolate. Pros: cold staff, poor service, odd location Cons: tasty chocolate, clever shapes more

Joseph Schmidt's confections are artwork in themselves, they truly appear to be too beautiful to eat! And the flavor meets the complexity of the design...the truffles and chocolates are amazing! With designs that change according to the season and holiday, they offer an array of gifts perfect for significant others and friends. Joseph Schmidt is truly a San Francisco gem! more
