Val was courteous and friendly. He explained what he was going to do. He did exactly what he said and finished promptly. He also checked two parameters inside my house and wore booties to do that. He provided excellent service and I would welcome back anytime. more

Jones heatin cooling plumbing and electric services 2/2/2016

Had a main line clog from our laundry room discharge which was causing a backup into our downstairs shower and bathroom sink. One phone call to Jones Servises and within hours Matt showed up. Within another hour the problem was rectified . He checked all the drain connections and performed additional clean outs and made sure everything was cleaned up well prior to leaving. All in all I could not be more satisfied. I also must mention that the final bill was less than what we paid 4 years ago for the same services from one of the competing Roto companies. Can't beat that kind of professionalism! more

Mike D. does a great job 1/13/2016

This is the second time Mike D. has come out to my home to review and estimate a job for me. As before, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was extremely patient as I asked a million questions, and explained everything about what he could do, what the options were, and what the costs would be. I appreciated that he was willing to answer all my questions, and felt like he was really listening to me. He was happy to take a look or listen to any of the systems I had questions about. He even helped me understand which jobs should be a higher priority for safety/efficiency and how to balance that with my limited budget. So, I'm probably not going to do the job I asked him to come out here for, but, when I'm ready, I won't be calling someone else. more

Great job by all 1/12/2016

Nick and his partner were great. Polite, professional and great at their job. They replaced our furnace. The new one is humming along fine, and as they put more than nine hours into removing the old one and installing the new one, I'd have been surprised otherwise. I also love the fact they put in new smoke detectors all over the house. If you need any help with a furnace, call these guys. more

Water Sanitizer and softener 1/2/2016

Mike D installed a water sanitizer and water tank system and it was one of the best items we have purchased from Jones outside of generator:-). Mike was so much fun to have around and he left my basement spotless. Mike also made sure that I understood what I have to do to service the unit with Jones. Mike can come back anytime. I will use Jones now for Heating, Cooling and electric. Great company, great people:-) more

Butch came to do my annual clean and check of my heating system. He was very polite, professional and thorough. He explained to me everything and would definitely want him back as a technician. more
