Professionalism 9/30/2016

I was having trouble with my thermostat. It kept saying the batteries were low and then it died. Last night it was 54 degrees inside the house and I couldn't get the furnace running. I changed the batteries four times and nothing happened. I called Jones first thing this morning and they sent Greg K out. He was polite, courteous and professional. He changed the batteries and it appeared the system was working. However, he didn't want to waste a service call and did the cleaning and tune-up to the system in preparation for winter. When he went to adjust the temperature so he could heat up the house; he encountered the problem with the thermostat. He provided several options and explained the differences between the two models. He quickly installed and programmed it. He taught me how to set it and program it. I highly recommend Greg K. more

Install of 16kw Generac system 9/10/2016

Val and Alex did a great job installing the Generac backup generator at my house Aug. 18. They were on time and very professional and courteous during the install. The crew is very knowledgable and answered any/all questions. Install took one day and cleanup was a breeze. The Jones crew is top-notch and I would recommend them anytime. Matt Doyle was the technician person who serviced our Generac...He was very pleasant and knowledgeable he even remembered us from last year when we had the Generac service...He answered any and all our questions with pleasantness....Jones Service should be very proud to have this young man as an employee for we were very satisfy with Matt's service..... more

Jones Whole House A/C Service 6/28/2016

Greg K. of Jones Services performed routine maintenance and service for our whole house air conditioning system. He was professional, efficient, thorough and pleasant. He explained what he was doing and I learned a lot. Jones should be commended for having someone of his caliber as one of their service technitians. I look forward to his return in the Fall to service our heating system. more

Rip-off artists 6/10/2016

Routine service call to clear a clogged drain line. Disassemble the under sink drain was easy - screw connectors. Snake out the line. Total time less than 1 and 1/2 hours, no parts needed. Also checked a second sink - loose aerator. Labor charge $373.00. I will call ... next time. more

Quick and Neat Service, Very Impressive 3/4/2016

We had a running water problem on Friday Noon, and called Jones. The operator dispatched a professional plumber in a matter of minutes. Matt S. arrived in 20 minutes, began investigation immediately and found the problem so quickly. After showing me several options, he performed his professional job and repaired my system neatly. All process including the dispatching service at the HQ was very much impressive, and I will recommend anyone to use the services of Jones. more
