Niclk was prompt, courteous and respectful. He was also stalwart as it started to rain as he began his work. He carried on as if working conditions were ideal. I always appreciate that your service providers wear plastic booties to cover their shoes before they come into the house. Thank for for eight years of impeccable and excellent service ! more

Electrical Service 4/16/2018

Working with Jones Services and electrician Duane S. was an excellent 2-day experience. On day one, Duane fixed an outlet outage we had lived with for 20 years, resolved a generator maintenance contract issue with accounting, serviced our generator, and organized the replacement installation of a chandelier in our 17 foot ceiling. He returned the following day and completed the installation without a hitch. As a DIY homeowner (except for most electrical), I followed Duane like a puppy watching his technique and expertise. Outgoing, great sense of humor, seemingly unflappable, Duane never flinched as my wife facetiously requested minor changes to the chandelier installation trying to get a rise out of him. Duane is definitely my "go to" electrician at Jones Services when I'm out of my electrical element. more

Have used Jones' Services a few times in the past, and am always happy with them. Their employees are competent, friendly, and straightforward. Pricing is reasonable, and they're good with showing you your options and answering any questions you have. Quick response for emergencies, as well. Highly recommend them. more

Installation of generator 1/9/2018

Val and his team did a great job. They arrived on time, finished their work on time and cleaned up after themselves. Val was careful, answered all my questions, and gave instructions about the use of the generator. The generator exercises on schedule every week and today, January 9, the electrical inspector arrived and gave the sticker on the panel. Thanking Val for his good work! more

I can't say enough great things about Mike D. He's the one i always request to come to my home when i have a plumbing issue. He came out to change the condensation Pump on my water heater after it was giving me some trouble. I highly recommend Mike D and Jones services to anyone . Mike Is an Excellent Plumber. Jones Service did a great job 9/8/2017

It was time for our annual furnace check up. Rick S showed us a couple of things that needed to be fixed. He fixed them and cleaned the furnace. We are good to go for another year. more
