We are STILL waiting for furniture that we ordered over 3 months ago. We ordered a couch and love seat from Johnsons furniture on 12/ 29/14 and the sales person (Kira) assured us that we would have it in 6-8 weeks. At approx. the 6 wk mark I called to check the status of possible delivery, and was told by Kira there was no status update in the system therefore she couldn't tell me anything and asked us to wait the full 8 wks before calling back. I waited the full 8 wks, called back and she was busy, they took a message and I was told she would call me back. 2-3 days later after no ph call, my husband called them, she was busy, we were told she would call back, several hours later she did indeed return our call with the same "no status" in the system, she will check on things and call back. After waiting several days with no return ph call, I called back, she is out of office (we had some bad weather, yet I was calling from WORK) and I am transferred to a "Josh" and get the same bs story. When I try to explain to him the "no return ph call" issue and the 6-8 weeks delivery we were told, he informed me there was nothing he could do about the past and he will have to call me back. I wrote a "not so nice review" on YELP and was almost immediately called by a Stilman (sp) Johnson, after speaking with him and him actually trying to "make things right" I felt "ok" about the situation after he explained the "issues" with the fabric being on backorder supposedly etc. I left things up to my husband and he called and spoke with Mr. Johnson and was assured that he would by handling things, keeping an on things. We called last week to check on the status and were told the furniture shipped a week ago, Kira no longer works there & Mr. Johnson was out of the country. However, Mr. Johnson did call us and told us that it could be Mon, tues, or wed (which has now passed). We STILL have no furniture. DO NOT order furniture from this store unless you are willing to wait months. I am waiting 2 more days and then I am done
