The work & service were great. The only issues I had were communication. I showed up around 3:30 to get my loaner, but they were not back yet & I had not been told when to expect them. Maybe I should have called first, but in any case I had to make an extra trip & return later for the loaner. Bob did try very hard to accommodate me however including allowing me to return again later to pay as I forgot my coupon book initially (not knowing I needed it to get the discounts). more

I was charged $618 for parts and labor, finding out later that Denny's Muffler would do same work for $440 (I requested exact estimate on all work done). I understand a small business may charge a little more, but the difference in price in this case was ridiculous. I since have talked with others who were similarly grossly overcharged for services performed. \r \r I also was told by the owner, that I could bring in the car for a rear tail-light repair (when the part came in) and 'we'll work it in, will only take 15 minutes or so'. When I brought the car in on a Friday at 4:15pm (shop closes at 5:30pm), I was told by the daughter, 'oh, no, we can't do it now, we're trying to close up for the weekend, you needed to call and schedule a time'. \r \r I always try to support local small businesses where I can, but I don't appreciate being taken advantage of by such a price range extreme. I understand there are business expenses (trying to pay more than minimum wage, shop tools, etc), but I also have a business to run and maintain -- it's called MY HOME BUDGET -- and I do not feel I need to overpay at such a rate for any future work. \r \r I would suggest scaling down the extensive website, etc, and making your pricing more realistic and competitive, if you would like repeat business. You might have also had repeat business from me if you'd made any attempt to offer even a small partial refund or credit, but since all I received was a list of excuses about how expensive it is to run a business, I have the impression that repeat business isn't really that important. more

Bob and his staff do a wonderful job of not only repairing our vehicle but provide second to none customer service. We refer as many people as we can. more

This is the best place to take your car in town, No matter what the problem is bob has always tooken car of my car as if it was his own, the guys there are always very nice and will explain what the problem is so that i can understand, they know that i dont have alot of time to get repairs, they always get it done fast and with quality work unlike the other places that dont care about you personally! Pros: Reliable service, Flexible Payment options! Cons: I havent found Any! more
