Review content:
The work & service were great. The only issues I had were communication. I showed up around 3:30 to get my loaner, but they were not back yet & I had not been told when to expect them. Maybe I should have called first, but in any case I had to make an extra trip & return later for the loaner. Bob did try very hard to accommodate me however including allowing me to return again later to pay as I forgot my coupon book initially (not knowing I needed it to get the discounts).
