WARNING!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this store!!! Yes, they may seem sweet, but beware if anything should ever go wrong. I was initally sucked in by the prices and ordered my dream dress. I sacraficed a 90min drive on the 405 to get there....multiple times! Here's my story, I ordered my dress long in advance of my wedding date. They called me down several times for various things even when I had informed them of my long commute. It was all necessary and could not be done on the same day. Then, I received a call that my dress had arrived...2 weeks late. I came down and found the dress to be too small. Had anyone bothered to check the size before calling me??? It was a size 0 !!! After 5 months of waiting, the wrong size was sent. I was about 4 weeks away from my wedding date and no word from Jinny's despite multiple phone calls and messages. She never updated me and when she did, I received incorrect information. As I began to look for other options at nearby retailers, I finally discovered that my dress had arrived. No phone calls from Jinny, she denied ever receiving my messages. On top of all the trouble and anxiety faced, there was no compensation and no alterations included. Jinny claimed that I knew I was getting a better deal therefore, she refused to compensate me for my troubles in any possible way. This seemed rather irresponsible to me given the circumstances. I would now have to pay extra to have this dress altered given the time frame allowed. The empolyees at Jinny's Bridal are incompetent and Jinny herself has a fake exterior and was absolutely rude! I have warned all my friends to STAY AWAY!! The price is a gamble....your peace of mind during such an important time in your life is PRICELESS!!! I learned that the hard way. Don't make the same mistake I did. Pros: cheap dresses....if you actually get one. But is it worth the 10% you'll save??? Cons: Poor service. They contract with questionable retailers. This is in regards to the lady who says that I gave her the worst service....I'd like to know who this woman is because when we help a person into sizing it shows clearly in the book the charges for "LARGER" sizes are extra... Because her waist was larger than her bust we had to accomadate that. These dresses are NOT made to the persons body measurements, they are made to the manufacture charts. We showed her the manufactures chart and she saw how the dress was going to be cut. These are not mass produced because they are oftered in many different colors. So when they are ordered they are a special order and she was made aware of that also. Sorry she felt she had bad service from us, we have been serving Orange County for 25 years now and enjoy helping people. I bought a bridesmaid dress from Jinny's and had a HORRIBLE experience. They "helped" me choose the wrong size dress (too big), quoted me a price and then called two weeks later to tell me it was wrong, and charged me double what I was originally quoted! Then when I went to pick it up they gave me the dress - did not check on me in the dressing room to see if everything was ok, and then made me pay a higher price than what they told me over the phone. I do not recommend Jinnny's Bridal - spend the extra $20 and get real service more

I had no problems with my wedding dress. They were absolutely helpful and willing to match a lower price I found elsewhere for bridesmaids dresses I found. I found they had a really great variety and selection of dresses since I didnt want to spend too much (Dresses ranged from $500-$1200). But I must say their selection is about 6 months behind (but that wasnt an issue for me). I had a great experience with them. They let me shop with no pressure since its a small boutique store with no frills, but I would rather have THAT, than an overbearing sales person (like I had at Mon Amie!)...sure Mon Amie comes with a nice couch and bottled water, but you pay for it in the $2000 and up dress you select from them. I would highly recommend at least checking out Jinny's Bridal for cost savings. more

Upon first glance, you think this bridal store is fabulous because of its selection and prices. However, Jinny, the owner, has made getting married the most stressful experience ever. She constantly blames the manufacturer, shipping companies (USP, FED X) or even her own employees, but will never take responsibility for something going wrong. One dress was completely sized wrong (by 6 inches), she never calls you back when she says she will and her estimated shipping times for products are usually wrong by 2 WEEKS. She does not stand by her product and leaves you with a large bill and tells you to deal with it. more
