I discovered this place about one year ago after getting a 99 Jeep grand Cherokee that needed work, by way of a recommendation from several people. Short and to the point. This place has it if you need it, prices are very good and please forget any negative comments you may find here. These guys are great! I bought a part that failed and went back after about one month latter for more parts. I just happened to mention that the last part was failed without asking for a credit or replacement and did not have a receipt, when the bill was added up they refused payment and told me that I had a credit since they did not have a replacement part on hand! If you have shopped at a junk yard before you know that this is A++ service. more

I have a 2000 Cherokee and I needed a window regulator for a manual window. I tried everywhere. Autozone, Advanced Auto Parts, a bunch of junk yards in the area and even the dealership, but nowhere had them besides Jeeps Unlimited. I called for the part and the employee I spoke to called me back less than 10 minutes later with the part! Very pleased with their serivice. more

I've been going to Jeeps for 5 years now. I first met him when he was a 3 man crew, and he replaced half of my jeeps frame in 12 hours. He even worked until 10pm to make sure it was done in 1 day like he promised. Periodic purchases for a few years, and when I went to convert my transmission, he not only gave me every part I needed, he even allowed me to swap transfer cases under a ""good faith"" that i'd return my stock one. Granted, Ray and I are on a first name basis, but that is damn good customer service. more

A Jeeper's life saver!!! 3/19/2012

I needed an axle! Perfect for what you would expect. $150!!! So it had surface rust?!!? Gears are perfect. The people are always busy and do whatever it takes to help if you put enough time aside for them. While I was there Joe took the time to assist me with other questions and ended up getting more stuff. Thank you! more

Best place for inexpensive partsâ?¦. 3/13/2012

I have used Jeeps Unlimited for several years now. I have a Cherokee and an older Wrangler. These guys always have the parts I need and most importantly, the price is always right. They always seem to be super busy so I have had to wait at times, however, I can't afford to pay 2 or 3 times more for parts to have them handed to me promptly by super friendly service people. I like this shop, and the guys that work there have always been helpful and polite. more

and i got all my parts from ray and none of them were broke..... and everyone that works there happens to be very polite and helpful. especialy the guy mark who helped me when i was there. ive been dealing with jeeps unlimited for years both on ebay and at the shop and as long as i own my jeep i will always get my parts from them. more

who is ray...i had a problem with my purchase on ebay..i drove almost 3 hours..when i got there ..they had my part.. when i got home i noticed it was broke..i called .to speak to the owner..the girl i talked to said that he dosent talk on the phone..already a problem!!..what owner does not talk to customers..i had to drive another 3 hours to get another part..some dude with a hat and hoody on helped me..again he gave me a broken part..he said what do you want it perfect..and swore and walked out the door..thank god a worker got me another part that was good....if i lived close i would love them..but dont buy on ebay...you will have problems more

I could care less about all the cat fighting. I personaly like this place and have done my share of business with them over the years. I have a 96 Cherokee Sport and had an 88 Cherokee and have purchased things from small parts to computers to having them do front end work and all wothout issue. I like the fact that they are close by and are always fair with prices. So take this for what you will but I like having them around...... Pros: Always seem to have what I need Cons: Sometimes havwe to wait awhile for a part to be removed but oh well more

You really got me on that one. Hope that literary work of genius didn't keep you up too late at night. Never had a fine and I'll never get one. Look harder and you might find my autosalvage license, but you would need to be a little smarter then a fifth grader. You also need to be a little better then a mindless dolt if you wish to get under my skin. I am far smarter then you, obviously, so if you wish to better me on here or in the real world, you are going to need help. Your jealousness is quite appearant, in fact it seems you might be the ""gay"" one and stalking me. all in all, they fix my Jeep,.. 10/25/2008

All I know is I always get my jeep fixed there. The downside is they do not do small work like oil changes but they have bailed me out righteously numerous times with repairs I could not get done for half the price anywhere else. They are not always the fastest but will tell you that up front. I have never had a complaint ever. I took one day off in 6 years. Monday will be my second. I have never been shut down and I have a loyal following. I actually don't do much work either you dolt, I sell used parts. I do work as a favor and none to you,. as for all405,. re read the part about how I sell used parts,. If you want new parts go to dealer and pay full stop being cheap. As for Downing,. call the USPS hub in Springfield Mass,.. ask them how many of my tanks they have because they leaked a little in shipping. I have had the same address for quite a long time. more
