JCI Roofing Company was on time and worked through the insurance company to make sure I was able to get full consideration for all damages. James was very detail oriented and went beyond my expectations particularly with the roofing, where he was doing 4 nails for each shingle whereas other people only do 2. JCI goes above and beyond and has very courteous staff. They also did a wonderful job on the deck. more

As for me, things have to be done the right way and be professional. James at JCI Roofing Company went above and beyond any issues I had! When I did have issues, he worked 100 to deal with them. I have been a customer of James and JCI Roofing Company for about six to eight years and don't remember how I found out about them. I have used JCI Roofing Company five times. They have handled a chimney leak and other roof issues, which they took care of very nicely. Another time, there was a hail storm and they did a turnkey with an insurance claim which was amazing as well. It was at my father-in-law's house, and like a subcontractor, James worked and got all the hail damage. One night, we lost 10 or 15 shingles due to high winds. The next morning, we had a large bare spot on our roof. With Thunderstorms rolling in the next day. It was a Sunday. I called several roofing companies. But only James took the call and came out that day to inspect the damage and give me an estimate. The very next day, his crew made the repairs. Probably the most expensive investment we will ever make is the purchase of a home. Imagine what it would be like to have such a valuable asset at risk because the integrity of the roof had been comprimised. Well, we found ourselves in just such a situation. Having just survived a bout of extreme Texas weather which left our roof in serious need of replacement; we were loaded down with stress. First from the storm and now a major threat to our home from the roof damage. I've called JCI Roofing several times, and every time they have been here when they said they would be, got it done like they said the would, and they didn't charge me beyond the estimate, even for the extra things that they did for me. The third time I had them out here I had them replace the whole roof. They did a great job on that, and they finished it fast. The roofers were very professional and very courteous. They cleaned everything up so well that I couldn't even tell they were here by the time they got the job done! The owner himself is very polite and very professional.
