As for me, things have to be done the right way and be professional. James at JCI Roofing Company went above and beyond any issues I had! When I did have issues, he worked 100 to deal with them. I have been a customer of James and JCI Roofing Company for about six to eight years and don't remember how I found out about them. I have used JCI Roofing Company five times. They have handled a chimney leak and other roof issues, which they took care of very nicely. Another time, there was a hail storm and they did a turnkey with an insurance claim which was amazing as well. It was at my father-in-law's house, and like a subcontractor, James worked and got all the hail damage. I'd say to hire him because he is able to do any additional house repair that needs to be taken care of, with 100 customer satisfaction!
