Brandon was very helpful and professional in communications. Brandon was great with our claims adjuster. Appointment times were delayed a couple times due to other appointments Brandon had ahead of us. Expectations of costs and building permit were gray areas until the day before the work was to be completed. We were not told about building permit potential concerns and payment of the fee for it until after work was completed. RESPONSE FROM Jasper Contractors Cincinnati: Thanks for your feedback Mark. We could have signed off on the completed job easier if the document was presented to us on the day of the work. Pleased from initial contact with Jerry to very well organized installation. Only one glitch..my cupola and weather vane did not survive the installtion. I was told "it fell part" Don't know whose responsibility this would have been? However, I do miss seeing it on my roof. more

could use one person on the team to talk with the home owner. i tried to ask a few questions and got no response, but my roof looks greatr and the clean up was great more

This roofing company turned out to be excellent. The company was recommended by my husband's grandson, who lives in Texas. Our representative was Mike Belsky and he was very efficient. Had the crew out in full force early in the morning and they finished the roof in one day. Clean up was very good. I noticed that the shingles in the front and back of the left side of the roof seemed to be higher and I was concerned with this. A Field Sales Manager by the name of Josh Oberer came out and with anoher helper, checked it out and solved the problem. I feel the roof will give us many years of service. As time goes by, we will see how the roof holds up, but I have no doubt that it will do just fine. more

From the first contact at Jaspers to the last, everyone treated me like a great friend. They have the system down when doing the install. What a friendly group of men. They took great care with my property covering everything before the install and cleaning up after. They all deserve 5 stars. My salesman Alan was wonderful, helping me through all this. the roof looks ok and is not what we were lead to belive and the billing of this has been poor by jasper and allstate ins as i am trying to fig this all out at 9pm at night and geting phones calls on my home phone and my cell worred about money when we just got the check i would not never recommend any one to do this tepy of deal with jasper and the ins compy and i was told by the sales men that i should have gave the frist check to him insted of puting it in the bank. in my house a check made out to us goes to are bank and we pay are bills we do not sing any thing over to a sales men but after calling him back at 8.45 pm i was then told i owned more the what i under stood i geuss there is some kind of supplement that i did not know about do not get me worng the sale guy got us a new roof from the ins but at the same time he or any one for that matter not need to call 2 times in 2hr time for money we had just got it in the mail and we had all ready planed to take care of it the next day the next thing is we have not gotten a good invoice was the frist one says we own 12000 dollers and then the next thing we see is one for 1174.87 and then at 8.45pm i am told i own 7900 and i am thinking what have i gotten in to this is the 2 invoice Cincinnati Branch Office 7320 Kingsgate Way West Chester OH 45069 Bill To Jon & Charity Kennedy 7155 Tylersville Rd. Thanks Daniel so when i see this i got upset as the ins said they would pay 7546.00 so what am i to thank when i call the phone number on here and was told the worked on my shed and small awning roofs then i told the girl on the phone they did not do any such work and only and then she says well it mite be more then 1 layer of shingles i then told her 1 layer is all that was on the house shingles she tryed to tell me there was more then 1 layer and i know better as the roof was only 11 years old and the last roofer took all 3 layers offand put 1 layer back on but as i said befor the roof looks ok and the sales men got it done other then that this hold deal was no good more

From the time I met with the rep to the completion of the job I had absolutely no problems. The crew that installed the roof were very courteous and professional dealing with the Tenants of the building they were working on. They started the job and completed it in one day, and kept the schedule I was given. I could not have asked for an easier company to work with. I will highly recommend Jasper Roofing in the future.
